RETURN POLICY
Most wooden, metal, or glass merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase providing:
* All items are in original condition
* Receipt is presented at time of return
Items not available for return:
* Futon Mattresses
- For your protection and for sanitary purposes, no mattress that has been opened and/or taken out of its original packaging may be returned at any time.
We make sure to have all of our futon mattress styles readily available to try on our floor so you can be sure you get exactly what you need. So come on in, take a short rest or a long nap. We want you to be happy with the futon mattress you select.
- Special sizing: Loveseat, Loveseat Ottoman, Chair, Chair Ottoman, and custom
sizes.
* Ordered Futon Covers, Bedding, Pillows and Fabric
These covers are made to order specifically for you and thus, are not available for return to our manufacturer. Because of this, we allow all of our fabric swatches to be checked out of our showroom to ensure your selection is exactly what you need for your home.
* Special Sized Frames: Loveseat, Loveseat Ottoman, Chair,
Chair Ottoman, Twin, and Twin Ottoman.
* Upholstered Sofas, Sectionals & Chairs
These covers are made to order specifically for you and thus, are not available for return to our manufacturer. Because of this, we allow all of our fabric swatches to be checked out of our showroom to ensure your selection is exactly what you need for your home.
* Custom & Special Order Mid-Century Modern Reproduction Classics
Due to their uniqueness, these items are special order and brought in specifically for you. Please be sure you are purchasing the exact item you need for your home.
